Summary :
NDT Inspector required on first shift to provide Level ll inspections in Liquid Penetrant (LP) or Fluorescent Penetrant (FP) as well as Magnetic Particle (MP) and Visual Testing (VT) techniques on produced parts in an AS9100 / ISO9001 aerospace manufacturing environment.

Duties & Responsibilities :
- Perform NDT Level ll LP / FP, MP & VT inspections on aerospace-grade manufactured parts per company protocols and directives
- Document all test results in daily NDT inspection log using company software
- Report all non-conformances, perform root cause analyses on non-conforming pieces
- Check and calibrate NDT equipment daily to ensure operational accuracy
- Assume responsibility for security of testing equipment & materials
- Provide technical support & advise as needed throughout Quality, Production, and Engineering depts.
- Adhere to all company safety procedures and regulations, including HAZMAT and toxic waste disposal requirements & regulations
- Maintain clean and orderly work station; troubleshoot minor machine maintenance issues
Qualifications / Requirements :
- Level ll certification in LP / FP & MP required; certification in VT desirable
- Minimum 3 years' professional NDT experience in a regulated manufacturing environment (AS9100 / ISO9001 preferred)
- Knowledge of NADCAP a plus
- Must be able to stand / sit for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs unassisted Benefits :

Salary :
- $28.00 - $40.00 / hr DOE
