Introduction and Summary

We are looking for a Global MES OSIsoft PI Expert to design and support solutions for the “ST” platform, a unified data architecture that aggregates and governs multi-source industrial data across our client industrial sites. The consultant will work within the Digital Operations team to deliver technical expertise and functional support while collaborating with various stakeholders to identify and address business challenges.

Main Objectives

• Interface OSIsoft PI with AspenTech APEM/APRM, LabWare, and SAP using PI connectors or SAP integration suite.
• Support main use cases alongside end users to mix data from Aspen suite, LabWare, and SAP in a user-friendly dashboard.
• Organize site data with mapping to real data.
• Implement advanced analytics tools like SeeQ or JMP.
• Automate production and consumption postings in SAP.
• Develop condition-based monitoring notification systems.

Key Requirements

• Expertise in OSIsoft PI WebAPI.
• Experience with SeeQ analytics platform (not mandatory, but a plus)
• Proficiency in PI Vision and PI to PI integrations.
• Knowledge of PI AF (Asset Framework).
• Familiarity with RDBMS (Relational Database Management Systems).

Nice to Have

• Experience with data governance best practices.
• Background in industrial data management and analytics.

• Duration : A minimum of 1 year
• 100% Remote work position for US citizens based in the USA.
• The consultant will collaborate closely with product managers and the local technical expert and with other teams across Europe.
• The role includes promoting successful use cases and understanding business needs.
