**Position Summary:**
In this full-time role, you will provide counseling services to clients/residents in approximately 15 care facilities per month, within a 60-mile radius. The exact territory radius and facility types may vary based on location but can include nursing, group, or long-term care settings. Acuity levels and patient populations can also vary depending on the location.
**Requirements:**
- Daily travel required
- LISW or LISW-S licensure
- Ohio license
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle with an acceptable driving record
