Salary $65,000-75,000

Position Summary
You will provide counseling to clients in approximately 15 care facilities per month within a 60-mile radius. The territory and facility types vary based on location, including nursing, group, or long-term care.
Requirements
Daily travel required: LISW or LISW-S licensure, Ohio license, valid driver's license, reliable vehicle with an acceptable driving record, energetic attitude, entrepreneurial mindset, excellent organization and time-management skills, and proficient computer skills (bonus for Gerimed EMR experience).
