The Salesforce (Associate Platform) Developer will provide support to the businesses through the customization and configuration of the Salesforce platform. This position will be responsible for all types of standard Salesforce Development (Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Component Framework) and customization including coding, unit testing, building applications, and creating and modifying existing applications.
Responsibilities :
- Execute significant platform changes, remediate complex development problems, and lead project teams.
- Keep current on platform technologies and trends; attend and lead medium- or large-sized project meetings and enforce best practices.
- Apply specialized technical knowledge.
- Evaluate, plan, and implement medium- or large-sized projects.
- Test complex platform development functions.
- Document and resolve complex problems.
- Report progress to leaders.
- Other duties as assigned or required.
Expertise :
Competent to work in all phases of platform development to include troubleshooting and projects; always takes the implications of changes to the current platform environment into consideration before acting.
Experience :
Typically has 2-3 years of relevant experience as a Salesforce Developer.
Technical skills required :
Preferred Educational Requirements :
Must have platform analysis and administration experience in an enterprise environment. Strong preference for a degree or an advanced certification in a technology-specific course of study.
