Additionally, this position acts as the primary liaison for vendor relationships with payment processors and plays a key role in supporting product and engineering teams in driving payment product innovations and improvements.
Responsibilities:
Streamline Withdrawal Processes: Increase the efficiency of withdrawal workflows to improve player satisfaction and trust, driving higher player retention and return rates.
Accelerate Fraud Resolution Timelines: Minimize financial losses by reducing the time to fraud case closure through improved tools and processes.
Champion Payment Product Innovation: Drive advancements in payment systems by increasing approval rates, reducing false fraud flags, and identifying opportunities for new payment solutions to boost revenue and enhance the player experience.
Monitor and Communicate Payment Trends: Proactively analyze and share insights on payment trends and emerging issues with cross-functional teams to inform strategic decision-making.
Shape Strategic Growth: Contribute to the long-term vision of Skillz products and services by implementing initiatives that maximize player retention, engagement, and overall business success.
Qualifications:
1-2 years experience in a lead or supervision role
4-5 years experience in payment operations
Experience in industries such as digital gaming, banking, and sports betting
Experience working with Zendesk or other CRM systems
Experience working with payments and fraud tools such as threatmetrics, ethoca, ekata, or similiar
Demonstrated ethical ability to handle PII information
Starting Total Compensation: Base + Bonus (if applicable) + Equity = $73K
Salary : $42,000 - $64,000
