What You'll Do
As a People Operations Co-Op, you will help support improving our recruiting and people operations processes. Maintain compliance with employment practices and policies, contribute to the brand identity and storytelling of the company, drive it’s culture forward and join the legions of people who are building the future of gaming.
General Responsibilities: HR Systems, People Operations Administration, Recruiting Administration, and Process Improvement.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Business, Human Resources, or a related field at an accredited college or university.
- School projects or prior experience i.e., internships or groups related to human resources, such as involvement in human resources-focused projects, internships, or extracurricular activities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and G-Suite. Prior HRIS systems experience helpful but not required.
- Genuine interest in the mobile gaming industry and a strong desire to contribute to creating engaging employee experiences.
- GPA Requirement 3.3 / 4 minimum.
- Ability to start on Jun 2, 2025.
We are offering a Co-Op program for current graduate and undergraduate students who are set to graduate within one year of starting the program. The program is scheduled to begin in June 2025 and will run through December 2025. Please note that this position requires relocation to Las Vegas for the duration of the program. The role will be in-office, 5 days a week, with a commitment of 40 hours per week. Flexibility will be provided to accommodate any school courses during the program.
