Job Description:
User Acquisition Expertise: Strong understanding of the User Acquisition (UA) discipline, including trends in the competitive and evolving UA landscape.
Mobile App Acquisition Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the mobile app acquisition ecosystem, including experience with MMPs (Mobile Measurement Partners), DSPs, Ad Networks, Facebook, and Google.
Analytics & Reporting: Create and maintain insightful reports and visualizations using Excel, SQL, and Tableau to support data-driven decision-making.
Budget Optimization: Proven ability to strategically optimize multi-million dollar budgets across games, media channels, geographic regions, and platforms to maximize ROI.
Adaptability in Fast-Paced Environments: Exceptional multi-tasking skills to deliver results under tight deadlines and dynamic conditions.
Accountability & Initiative: Highly accountable, completing all tasks with precision while proactively communicating with stakeholders. Demonstrates a results-oriented mindset by identifying and pursuing opportunities that drive organizational growth.
Enhanced Tracking & Optimization: Hands-on experience with SKAdNetwork (SKAN) and Conversion API.
Paid Social & Creative Collaboration: Focus on paid social media strategies and partnering with creative teams to optimize campaign performance
What you will bring:
5+ Years of Experience: Proven track record in media buying, user acquisition, or performance marketing, with a focus on driving measurable results.
Budget Management Expertise: 2+ years managing $1M+ monthly acquisition budgets, including performance reviews and providing actionable feedback.
Data-Driven Optimization: Proficiency in data-driven UA optimization and running A/B tests across multiple UA dimensions.
Leadership Skills: Experience leading cross-functional projects with Creative and Analytics teams to deliver innovative and effective solutions.
Consumer Tech Experience: Background in consumer tech, with gaming experience strongly preferred
For California based roles the salary range is $135K - $165K based on experience
Salary : $135,000 - $165,000
