Flagship Store Leader – Visual Merchandising & Operations
SKIMS is a solutions-oriented brand redefining the standards of underwear, loungewear, and shapewear. Known for our innovative products and influence on pop culture, we are looking for an experienced and passionate Flagship Store Leader to oversee our Sunset Boulevard location in Los Angeles. This role focuses on visual merchandising, operational excellence, and leading a high-performing team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Your Day to Day :
- Lead store operations, including sales forecasting, budgeting, and resource allocation, to optimize performance and profitability.
- Manage and develop a team of Assistant Store Leaders to achieve company goals and execute standards.
- Implement strategies that align with SKIMS’ business goals, brand standards, and customer expectations.
- Analyze performance data, sales trends, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and adjust plans as needed.
- Collaborate with corporate leadership to align the Flagship store with overall company objectives.
- Execute marketing campaigns, floor sets, and visual displays in partnership with corporate teams.
- Oversee visual merchandising, ensuring the store reflects the brand identity and offers an engaging shopping environment.
- Plan and execute floor sets, window displays, and seasonal product rotations to maintain visual consistency and drive sales.
- Develop and train the team to implement visual merchandising standards, ensuring all areas of the store remain visually aligned with company guidelines.
- Regularly evaluate and adjust visual displays based on inventory levels.
- Partner with cross-functional partners to ensure in-store displays support promotional campaigns and product launches effectively.
- Foster a customer-first culture, driving sales and satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and coaching the team on selling behaviors.
- Manage the store’s P&L, including expense control, budgeting, and financial planning, to achieve or exceed financial goals.
- Maintain accurate inventory practices, including replenishment and shrink control, to ensure product availability and minimize loss.
- Build and inspire a diverse, high-performing team that embodies the SKIMS ethos and values.
- Develop individualized growth plans, conduct regular performance evaluations, and support career progression for Team Members.
- Create a collaborative and inclusive store culture that values accountability, innovation, and excellence.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards to maintain a secure store environment.
