We're looking for a Supervisor for our Flagship 5th Avenue store to help the team grow, succeed, and deliver an amazing customer experience.
Reporting to the Assistant Store Leader, you'll be hands-on with the team every day, giving direct support and feedback to help them hit their goals and improve their performance. You'll be a key player in building a motivated, high-performing team that's excited to work together and serve our customers.
Your Day to Day :
- Give daily feedback to help team members meet their goals and provide great service to customers.
- Observe areas where team members can improve and provide feedback to help them grow.
- Lead by example-show the team what great customer service looks like and set the standard for performance.
- Utilize sales reporting and systems to identify and track employee performance.
- Help lead team meetings and training sessions to improve customer service and sales skills.
- Support new hires during onboarding, making sure they know what's expected and how to succeed from day one!
- Address performance issues right away, offering guidance and support to help ensure team members consistently deliver expectations of the customer experience.
- Work with the store leadership team to identify team members who need additional support, training, or coaching.
- Create a positive work environment where the team feels supported, motivated, and excited to come to work.
- Ensure cash management procedures are in place. A key holder of the store.
