Compensation

Full-Time 40 hr/wk:

$48 (RN) 55/hour (NP) 12-25k Performance Bonuses =100k-150k annual compensation estimate. Full Benefits included.

Schedule:

We are seeking a full time position. Clinic hours are 9-7 on weekdays and 9-5 on Saturdays. Saturday availability (3 per month) is required. 4 days per week. Closed Sunday. No nights, major holidays, or on-call.

Requirements to Note:

• Current APRN or RN license valid in NY required.

Position Summary

Perform laser hair removal, fat removal treatments and aesthetic injectables as elective aesthetic procedures in accordance with established treatment protocols, scope of practice, organizational policies & procedures, and all other governing standards. Provide Guest care in conjunction with laser treatment. Promote additional services to existing guests.

We are seeking a positive, energetic, licensed Nurse Practitioner or Registered Nurse with exceptional customer service & interpersonal skills to join a fast-growing, fast-paced team in our Carle Place location.

Essential Job Functions

• Partner and collaborate with Clinic Director, Medical Director, other Practitioners and Associates.
• Establish and maintain rapport with Guests.
• Safely and effectively operate aesthetic equipment and utilize aesthetic products appropriately for each client.
• Clinical Sales: Promote the benefits of adding additional services with guests
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of treatment rooms.
• Verify and review informed consent, Guest chart and all applicable documents prior to every treatment. Annotate and post appropriate information and data in the Guest's medical record.
• Sustain proficiency through continuous education

• Compelling interpersonal communications skills, influence skills, and rapport-building abilities
• Rapid learner with the ability to grasp concepts and protocols associated with our equipment, sales process and computer system.
• Ability to work independently, strong sense of urgency, ability to work with poise under stressful, fast-paced conditions.
• Organizational, multitasking, prioritizing, time management and follow up skills, detail oriented, high level of accuracy.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
