Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and certified Aesthetic Injector to join our dynamic team. The Aesthetic Injector will be responsible for providing non-surgical aesthetic treatments, including but not limited to dermal fillers, neurotoxins (e.g., Botox), Microneedling, PRP, Chemical Peels, PDO Threads, and Injectable Nutrients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for aesthetics, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to patient safety and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Consultations: Conduct comprehensive consultations with patients to assess their aesthetic goals and medical history. Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs and desired outcomes.
Aesthetic Treatments: Administer injectable treatments such as dermal fillers, neurotoxins, and other non-surgical procedures. Ensure all treatments are performed in compliance with established protocols and safety standards.
Patient Care and Education: Provide pre- and post-treatment care instructions to patients. Educate patients on various aesthetic procedures, expected outcomes, and potential side effects.
Compliance and Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed patient records. Adhere to all clinic policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Ensure the proper handling and disposal of medical supplies and medications.
Professional Development: Stay updated on the latest advancements in aesthetic medicine. Participate in continuing education opportunities to maintain certification and improve skills.
Qualifications:
Education and Certification: Bachelor's Degree required. Must be a licensed healthcare professional (RN, NP, or PA) with a valid state license. Certification in aesthetic injectables (e.g., Botox, dermal fillers) from a recognized institution.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in administering aesthetic injectables. Strong understanding of facial anatomy and aesthetic principles.
Skills and Abilities: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. High level of precision and attention to detail. Ability to build and maintain strong patient relationships. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to sell and upsell customized treatment programs and be comfortable in a sales-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with advanced injectable techniques and treatments. Membership in professional aesthetic organizations. Additional certifications in laser treatments, microneedling, or other aesthetic procedures.
