Who You Are:

Our Lab Team is dedicated to efficient and accurate work. We work closely with a group of providers and clincical staff. In addition to strong communication skills and attention to detail, you will need:

Requirements:
-High School Diploma or GED
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities:
- Prepare tissue samples for examination by pathologists
- Embed tissue specimens in paraffin wax blocks
- Cut thin sections of tissue using a microtome
- Stain tissue sections with appropriate dyes or chemicals
- Mount stained tissue sections on glass slides
- Prepare and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments
- Follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols
- Maintain accurate records of tests performed and results obtained

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
