We are seeking a talented and passionate Cosmetologist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide exceptional beauty services to our clients, enhancing their appearance and boosting their confidence. As a Cosmetologist, you will be responsible for delivering a range of services while ensuring an outstanding guest experience in a welcoming and professional environment.

Duties

• Perform hair cutting, coloring, and styling services tailored to individual client needs.
• Offer esthetic laser treatments, adhering to safety protocols and client comfort.
• Demonstrate product knowledge through effective product demos, educating clients on the benefits and usage of products.
• Assist with hair extensions application and maintenance, ensuring quality results.
• Engage in upselling additional services and products to enhance the client experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to salon hygiene standards.
• Manage front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments and greeting guests with hospitality.
• Utilize salon software for appointment management and client records.

Skills

• Strong guest services skills with a focus on creating a welcoming atmosphere for clients.
• Proficient in product demos, showcasing the benefits of various beauty products effectively.
• Experience with hair extensions/ lash extensions application is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to upsell services and products confidently while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Familiarity with salon software for efficient appointment management is advantageous.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 25 per week
