We are seeking an outgoing, organized, and friendly Inside Sales Representative to join our team and provide top-notch service to our customers over the phone, via email, virtually and using written communications. This Inside Sales Representative will support eith the PCA Skin, or the EltaMD brand, here in our Scottsdale, AZ office. The Inside Sales Representative directly interacts with our customers to answer all questions, troubleshoot concerns, process orders, register for education and maintain our company’s high standard for service excellence. This individual will enjoy answering product questions, encouraging customer education and increasing product purchases. They will possess superb time management skills, with the natural ability for quick thinking and easily overcoming objections.

Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Document important customer information within C4C for future reference
Maintain knowledge of company products and services
Field all incoming calls, emails and respond in a timely manner

Developing a deep understanding of customers’ needs

This will happen by ensuring you consistently focus on upholding CP Skin Health customer service standards by going above and beyond for every customer at all times. Clear and effective communication as well as a solid foundation of industry and product knowledge is integral to building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
A typical day may include:
Answering inbound calls from licensed professionals
Offering helpful solutions and providing a superior customer experience
Troubleshooting customer concerns
Increasing product knowledge for existing customers
Making focused outbound calls pertaining to sales and education courses
Answering product questions from clinicians that lead to compelling recommendations
Accurately placing orders for professional customers
Encouraging licensed professionals to take advantage of continued education
Responding to inquiries from the orders@eltamd.com email distribution group
Attending advanced training to learn about product updates and revised protocols
Giving and receiving professional advice to remain connected to EltaMD products
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Licensed esthetician REQUIRED, with 2 years of esthetician experience preferred
3 years of Inside Sales/Customer service experience
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
WHO YOU ARE:
You are able to work well in a fast paced environment
You can achieve sales goals and business objectives as directed
Self-motivated with aptitude to work individually, as well as within a team
Capable of communicating up, down and across levels in the organization.

You have had experience with Five9 or a comparable call center phone system
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $17.50 - $17.50 USD
Pay is based on multiple non-discriminatory, individualized factors including but not limited to experience, job-related knowledge and education, skills and office/market location. In addition to base salary, salaried employees are eligible for annual discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing and, for Executive-level (salary grade 16 and above) roles only, long-term incentives in the form of Restricted Stock Units and/or Stock Options.
Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable benefits plans then in effect, all salaried employees are also eligible for a competitive benefits package which includes:
- Insurance: Employees (and their eligible dependents) are eligible to participate in Company-sponsored Medical, Dental, Vision, Basic Life Insurance, Accidental Death & Dismemberment and Disability insurance plans.
- Retirement Plans: Employees are eligible to enroll in Colgate's 401(k) plan, which provides for company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements
- Vacation/PTO: Employees receive a minimum of 15 days of vacation/PTO leave annually
- Paid Holidays: Employees receive a minimum of 13 paid/floating holidays annually
- Paid Sick Leave: Based on location and consistent with applicable state and local law, employees receive a minimum of 40 hours of paid sick leave on January 1st of each year
- Paid Parental Leave: Eligible employees may take up to eight weeks of paid parental leave and 12 weeks of unpaid leave (varies for employees with fewer than 12 months of service and is subject to hours worked requirements)
