Skin Lab Med Spa Front Desk Associate serves as the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk. Duties
- Greet and check in patients in a warm, professional manner.
- Schedule and confirm appointments using the spa’s booking system.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information about services, pricing, and promotions.
- Process payments and manage point-of-sale transactions.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Assist with client intake forms and ensure proper documentation is completed.
- Coordinate with estheticians, medical staff, and other team members to optimize appointment scheduling.
- Upsell treatments, skincare products, and spa packages.
- Address client concerns and escalate issues to the appropriate personnel when necessary.
- Manage inventory of retail products and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Follow HIPAA and confidentiality guidelines when handling client information.
- Monitor Social Media platforms.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
