Skin Laundry District Manager will greatly contribute to the company growth by expertly and efficiently supporting the Field Team. With regular clinic visits and effective communication, both written and verbal, they ensure compliance in all areas of client service, clinic operations, outreach efforts and profitability of their assigned clinic locations. They will lead, train, challenge, motivate, encourage, and provide constructive guidance to clinic managers and the team related to all areas of effective operations of the business. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the Skin Laundry culture and brand and have experience working in multi-unit management. They will be personable, efficient and a high performer in a fast-paced, dynamic, growing company environment.

The responsibilities and duties of this position described here are representative of those an employee must perform. This is not a comprehensive list and other duties may be assigned.

Overall DM Compensation Package: $95,000 -$105,000 Bonus Opportunities (This is what you can expect to be paid in this role. The range considers factors such as years of relative experience, Skin Laundry tenure, cost of living/geographical area and clinic volume).

MA DM Compensation Package: Based on the above, the incoming DM in this role can expect to be brought in at $90,000 - $100,000 base with the opportunity to grow from there.

Job Responsibilities | Main objectives include, but are not limited to:

  • Lead and support all Clinics within the District(s) to excel in achieving strategic and tactical priorities. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: building culture, staff selection and development, performance management process, concern resolution process, understanding and executing on client demand forecasting to drive sales, and maximizing utilization and client satisfaction/retention to ensure profitable clinic revenue and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) results.
  • Act as a liaison between clinics and as a member of HQ, providing feedback and recommendations for operational improvements and strategic initiatives.
  • Develop future leaders of Skin Laundry.
  • Ensure all clinic operations and HR standards are practiced and upheld.
  • Analyze budget and expenses on P&L to find opportunities for cost-effectiveness and profitability and exceed financial targets.
  • Organize regular meetings with management to discuss business updates, issues and opportunities.
  • Evaluate manager and employee performance and develop individual career development plans.
  • Address client issues and queries in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Lead interviewing, recruiting, and training for managers and staff.
  • The District Manager must have the ability to understand and adapt to change as this is vital to the growth of the business.

People

  • Hire, develop and motivate a magnetic team. Coach and give feedback as necessary for all team members.
  • Lead your District to deliver excellent customer experience and meet service and retail sales targets.
  • Communicate clear expectations and hold the store/clinic teams accountable to achieving all brand, performance and behavior standards.
  • Organize weekly one on one meetings with Clinic Managers to discuss business updates, issues and opportunities.
  • Evaluate staff performance, identify future leaders and develop individual career development plans.

Sales

  • Establish and lead the execution of the brands business strategies to drive Clinic Key Performance Indicator (KPI) results that maximize performance and achievement of sales plan and goals
  • Plan and execute effective, productive clinic visits reviewing KPI performance, Personnel, Operations and key‐business initiatives
  • Develop strong relationships with potential partners and clients for new business opportunities within the assigned area.
  • Customize local clinic marketing and outreach plans. Collaborate with other departments such as Marketing to build brand awareness, drive sales and traffic through market outreach and effective in-store events.
  • Develop monthly, weekly and daily action plans for clinics to achieve revenue targets and KPIs of business on a consistent basis.
  • Evaluate existing business procedures and recommend improvements.

Operations

  • Ensure all clinic operations are consistent and flawless, HR and standards are practiced and upheld.
  • Effectively manage all stock inventory and forecasting for service and retail.
  • Address customer issues and queries in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Evaluate existing business procedures and recommend improvements.
  • Analyze and achieve budgets and expenses on P&L to find opportunities for cost-effectiveness and profitability.

Qualifications:

  • Must have 5 years of service/product and/or retail management experience and success managing one or more high volume consumer brands and/or multi units as a District Manager or General Manager.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent teamwork skills, showing enthusiasm to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Must have the ability to work on multiple projects and handle a fast-paced, high pressure environment.
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be willing to travel in geographies where we have existing clinics or are planning to open new locations.
  • Personal passion for leadership, magnetic culture, and teamwork.
