Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Specialist. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Register guests
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member
- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and appointments
- Knowledge of aesthetic treatments and skin care products
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and other tasks
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service at a MED SPA or SIMILAR REQUIRED.
- Strong computer literacy skills and social media (Instagram) preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Professional phone etiquette and familiarity with phone systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest information
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of medical office procedures is necessary
