We are a growing medical spa dedicated to beauty, health, and holistic wellness. We are seeking a creative and highly organized Event Planner to join our team. This role involves planning, coordinating, and hosting a variety of in-store events—not only for the medspa, but also across themes related to health, beauty, wellness, motherhood, and women’s empowerment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, connected within the wellness and event community, and passionate about curating memorable experiences for women.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute events from concept to completion, including wellness workshops, pop-ups, product launches, networking events, and promotional gatherings
- Identify and collaborate with vendors, partners, sponsors, and speakers
- Coordinate all event logistics: venue setup, guest list, scheduling, materials, catering, signage, and more
- Promote events through strategic marketing, social media, and local community outreach
- Host and manage events onsite, ensuring a professional, welcoming, and organized experience
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging promotional content
- Track attendance, gather feedback, and analyze event performance for improvement
- Maintain budgets, timelines, and post-event reporting
Skills
