Your Role as a Front Desk Receptionist
As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting and assisting clients with warmth and professionalism
Scheduling and managing appointments efficiently using scheduling software
Handling phone inquiries and emails in a prompt and courteous manner
Processing transactions and maintaining accurate records
Providing information on services, promotions, and skincare products
Ensuring the reception area remains organized, welcoming, and presentable
Qualifications & RequirementsWe are seeking a candidate who is organized, friendly, and passionate about client service. The ideal candidate should have:
At least one year of experience in a front desk, customer service, or administrative role (Experience in a med spa, healthcare, or hospitality setting is a plus)
Strong computer skills and familiarity with scheduling software and basic administrative tasks
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and team members effectively
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Two professional references to validate experience and reliability
