Role Overview:
As our EXCEPTIONAL SENIOR CLIENT SERVICES & SALES COORDINATOR, you’ll be:
- Maximizing sales by promoting and selling spa services, treatments, and packages to new and returning clients
- Crafting personalized recommendations to upsell and cross-sell services, driving additional revenue
- Building lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and increase client loyalty
- Exceeding sales targets by truly understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions
- Collaborating with the team to develop creative promotions and strategies that attract and retain customers
- Staying ahead of trends in spa services, products, and industry developments, ensuring you always have the latest knowledge to wow clients
- Providing exceptional customer service

Requirements:
- experience in sales or customer service, ideally within the wellness, spa, or h
- Provenospitality industries
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — you know how to connect with clients and make them feel valued

- Goal-oriented with a strong drive to not just meet, but exceed sales targets
