As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated Aesthetic Sales Consultant/Patient Coordinator to join our vibrant team. Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate consultations and treatments for patients.
- Contacting leads via phone call, text message and email to set up appointments and answer questions regarding procedures.
- Our best team members are engaged and interested in long term careers in the Aesthetics field.
- Manage and schedule appointments accurately and efficiently.
- Actively promote the spa's treatments, services, products, programs, and promotions
- Manage leads and actively engage with potential clients
- Provide detailed information on treatments, answering any patient inquiries.
- Drive sales and achieve targets for treatments and products.
- Perform sales transactions and daily cash-outs following company protocols to ensure high standard of accuracy
- Work with social media manager to execute our platforms successfully
- Assist in responding to leads from social media and booking appointments
- Ensure patients have an exceptional experience from the moment they walk in until they leave.
- Work closely with the medical team to stay updated on treatments and promotions.
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality.
- Assist in managing appointment schedules for maximum efficiency.
- Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and promotional events as required.
- Maintain a polished and professional personal image
- Must be punctual and reliable
- Exhibit a professional attitude, diplomacy and an ability to handle difficult situations in a timely manner
- Knowledge and understanding of medical spa services and of medical-grade skincare product lines carried (Epionce, Skinbetter Science, Face Reality)
- Maintain a beautiful physical environment in all the areas of the medical spa
- Assist in cleaning as needed
- Assist CEO as needed
- Schedules and confirms all appointments according to spa protocols in order to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
Our Work Schedule:
We are open Wednesday-Saturday. Starting hours will vary but typically will be 10am-6pm Friday, and 10am-5pm Saturday. Hours may vary dependent upon office needs.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $14.86 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
