Are you a motivated, entrepreneurial nurse with a passion for aesthetics and a drive to help patients look and feel their best? Our growing Medspa is seeking a Part-Time Nurse Injector to join our team and play a key role in building our clinic’s success. Whether you’re experienced or new to aesthetics, we’re ready to train the right individual who shares our vision for exceptional care and growth.

- Driven & Goal-Oriented: Comfortable promoting and upselling services and products to support both patient outcomes and clinic growth.
- Adaptable Learner: Open to learning new skills, following specific protocols, and taking direction from the owner and nurse practitioner.
- Detail-Oriented: Focused on precision and care to deliver excellent treatment results and patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform injectable treatments, including Botox and fillers (training provided for non-experienced candidates).
- Collaborate with the team to attract, retain, and nurture patient relationships, contributing to the clinic’s growth.
- Educate patients about treatments, services, and skincare products.
- Promote and upsell products and services to optimize patient outcomes.
- Create and manage content for social media platforms and assist in designing marketing materials using Canva.
- Use Microsoft Word, Excel, and other tools to manage clinic-related tasks.
- Follow established protocols and direction to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment environment.
Qualifications:
- Valid RN license or higher (training provided for non-experienced candidates).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on relationship-building.
- Proficient in Canva, Microsoft Word, Excel, and social media platforms.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a commitment to growing the clinic and your patient list.
- Passion for aesthetics and patient care.
- Flexible, coachable, and eager to learn and excel in the aesthetics field.
