Duties

• Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes, providing accurate information.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.

• Manage phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, addressing inquiries or directing calls as necessary.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in guest relations or customer service within the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests from diverse backgrounds; bilingual candidates are highly desirable.
• Familiarity with spa management software (Zenoti) is an advantage but not mandatory; training will be provided.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and commitment to providing outstanding guest services.
