We're seeking a front desk patient coordinator who is more than a receptionist. The right person has a team mentality to work with the rest of the staff & further improve the practice. We hire individuals who spontaneously jump in to do whatever needs to be done and quickly become cross-trained for other positions.
Our Patient Coordinators' performance is critical to the success of our practice and a potential candidate needs to have a unique combination of talents and knowledge.
Requirements for a Skinspirations Patient Coordinator include all of the following:
- Ritz Carlton- level customer service & complaint-handling skills (training preferred)
- High analytical & emotional intelligence
- Innate organizational skills
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills
- Enthusiastic team mentality
- Integrity & reliability
- Exemplary phone etiquette and grammar.
- A passion for & knowledge of esthetic medical procedures
- A professional, well-groomed appearance
- A history of staying in the same job for more than 2 years
- Your current residence is located less than 25 miles from our practice.
Patient Coordinator responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Maximizing the revenue potential for each & every day's schedule.
- Accurately scheduling complicated patient appointments that may include a patient seeing several providers during one visit.
- Answering technical questions about all of our treatments.
- Responding to multiple modes of patient communication continuously throughout the day.
- Defusing complaints smoothly.
- Assisting in the back at times taking photos & rooming patients.
- Organizing patient charts, handling all patient records, confirming receipt of signed documents, emailing instructions, etc.
- Cleaning common areas, product shelves, counters, etc.
- Coordinating & changing out seasonal decor & promotional materials in the reception area.
Business Hours: Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, & Fridays from 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Wednesdays from 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM, & Saturdays from 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM.

Pay & benefits:
Hourly pay is commensurate with experience and current skills. Available benefits for full-time (> 36 hrs/wk) employees include employer-matched 401(k), paid time off accrual, paid holidays & birthdays, a $350/month contribution towards personal medical insurance & discounts on services & products.
