Position Overview
The Field Marketing Operations Manager will oversee and manage various aspects of marketing integration into clinic operations such as clinic events, new clinic openings, and clinic business development programs. In partnership with Marketing leadership, this person will help to create a bridge between Marketing and Operations to ensure optimized lead generation, lead conversion, client retention, and overall business building. The Field Marketing Operations Manager will collaborate closely with the marketing team, cross-functional teams (such as sales, operations, and finance), and clinic teams to ensure that projects are executed smoothly and goals are met.
Location:
The ideal candidate will be located in the greater Seattle or San Francisco Bay areas. Can work remotely with frequent travel (50-70% of year) required.

What You’ll Do
- Clinic Marketing
- Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies aimed at attracting new clients and expanding brand presence in new markets
- Oversee and innovate clinic marketing campaigns to ensure effective outreach and client acquisition through targeted digital and traditional marketing efforts
- Manage the operations channel in the integrated marketing calendar to ensure timely and strategic execution of campaigns that align with client acquisition goals
- Spearhead new clinic opening projects by coordinating and executing innovative tactics that drive client acquisition and engagement from day one
- Manage and continuously improve the new clinic marketing playbook, integrating fresh ideas and innovative strategies to attract and retain clients
- Optimize budgets for new clinic openings, ensuring a strategic allocation of resources to maximize client acquisition while staying within budget parameters
- Oversee and support the company donations budget for SkinSpirit Gives, ensuring alignment with brand values and client engagement
- Events Marketing
- Lead the planning and execution of new clinic grand opening events, with a focus on innovative approaches to attract new clients and build local awareness
- Design and implement strategies for driving attendance and engagement at events, continuously optimizing for client acquisition and retention outcomes
- Research and stay ahead of city regulations for hosting public events, ensuring compliance while exploring creative event strategies that enhance brand visibility
- Engage with property management, landlords, leasing agents, and other key stakeholders to align event strategies with client acquisition objectives
- Additionally, you will provide on-site support for all events, ensuring seamless execution and maximizing opportunities for new client sign-ups
- Oversee and continuously improve the clinic and community events playbook, focusing on innovative tactics for engaging prospective clients and driving new business
- Develop and execute marketing-driven client acquisition programs, such as referral campaigns, loyalty programs, and promotions, designed to attract and retain new clients
- Regular analysis and reporting on the performance of marketing initiatives and events to use data-driven insights to refine client acquisition strategies and ensure continuous growth
- Lead the launch and optimization of business development programs (retail, marketing promotions, etc.), always with a focus on client acquisition and business expansion. As the central point of contact for internal stakeholders and clinic teams, ensure all marketing efforts are strategically aligned to drive new client acquisition and business performance
- Assist with other duties and special projects as assigned.
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
- 2 years of proven marketing events or field operations experience required; other marketing related experience is a plus
- Proficiency with task management or project management tools/systems
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external contractors
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage ambiguity while maintaining a positive and solution-oriented approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn new technology platforms
- Ability to travel up to 50%-70% of the year
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Occasionally stand, walk, use hands and fingers, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, knee, crouch or crawl, talk and hear
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds
- Compensation will be determined based on a candidate's skills, experience, location, etc.
Salary : $80,000 - $115,000
