Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of technicians in the repair and overhaul of boats, machinery, and trailers
- Develop and implement repair procedures and protocols
- Ensure high-quality results and meet deadlines
- Train and mentor junior technicians
- Maintain tools in good condition and according to guidelines
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 5 years of experience in marine equipment repair
- Proven leadership skills and experience managing a team
- Excellent technical knowledge of marine engines and transmissions/drives/generators
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
