DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Performing the financing and closing function of the sales process to the boat buying customers
- Provide insurance and financing services by verifying sales information, determining need for financing, evaluating customer credit worthiness, preparing financial and legal documents, selling products and services, and maintain rapport with the customers
- Providing a thorough explanation of aftermarket products and extended warranties, and of manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies
- Sell other products offered by the dealership such as warranties and credit insurance
- Coordinate delivery date with customer and service department to ensure a smooth transaction
- Ensure compliance in the finance deals and associated paperwork and processes
- Uphold strict legal and ethical standards while conducting business
- Demonstrate commitment to supporting the sales department in achieving its goals while also looking out for the best interests of the dealership and customer
- Actively participate in boat shows and other off-site promotions
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have a high level of self-awareness and project an approachable professional image
- Previous experience as an F&I Manager helpful, but not required
- Ability to work weekends
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong negotiation & communication skills
- High aptitude for customer service
- Strong ability to problem solve
- Strong attention to detail
- Willingness to work a non-traditional work schedule due to the retail nature of the job
- Weekends required

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
