What are the responsibilities and job description for the Title Clerk position at SkipperBuds?
OVERVIEW: The Title Clerk is responsible for providing customers a service which includes the vessel/trailer registration and warranty registration of their new purchase. They will also maintain product files on all inventory and offer support in various areas within the company.
KEY TASKS:
- Accurately complete the entire title work process on all new and used vessels and other purchases in a timely fashion.
- Provide good customer service to customers by providing timely processing of vessel registrations.
- Complete Mercury warranty registration entry for engine on all new vessels.
- Respond to all requests for deal or BMT files. Keep organized system of tracking file transfers.
- Other duties as assigned
