What are the responsibilities and job description for the DEN - Front Desk Attendant position at Skiptown?
We are looking for a Front Desk Attendant to greet and help check in Skiptown's pup and people guests!
Who You Are:
You are energized by interacting with others and if you don’t have the answer, you’ll get it ASAP! You have a knack for engaging with people and making them feel welcome and you love dogs (obviously).
What You’ll Do:
- Greet new pups and pup parents!
- Resolve client and team issues via phone, email and in person
- Facilitate pet care check-in/check-out and Grooming check-in/check-out
- Check in our Bar & Park patrons
- Support our Pet Services team with client outreach
- Answer client inquiries
- Personalize each pups appointment with a variety of add-ons
What You’ll Bring:
- In-person customer service experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Comfort with technology and on and off-leash dogs
- High school diploma or equivalent
