General Purpose
The Marketing & Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the efforts of the sales and marketing teams. This position works closely with the Marketing Services and Brand Marketing Directors, Marketing Managers, and Sales Managers for Group Rossignol’s Winter Sports Equipment and Apparel divisions. The primary responsibility of this position is to support the execution of B2B marketing and sales programs for the North American market.
This role requires adaptability, attention-to-detail, and solid time management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in execution of Marketing initiatives for Group Rossignol’s WSE and Apparel divisions
- Order entry & tracking: Sales Rep PGA, Athlete, Insider & Co-Op orders
- Respond to marketing related dealer & consumer inquiries
- Assist in event planning and execution (sales meetings, product intros, etc.)
- Execution and tracking of Sales Incentive programs
- Work with Accounting team to track all co-op expenses
- Dissemination of brand and product assets for e-tailers
- Work closely with various other departments
- Other duties may be added as required
Qualifications
- College graduate, Bachelor’s degree
- Detail-oriented and extremely organized
- Excellent time management skills, able to work with tight deadlines and juggle multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate and cultivate relationships with many types of people, both within and outside the company
- Willingness to work independently as well as part of a team
- Positive attitude and willing to take initiative
- Solid computer skills with ability to use Microsoft Office applications
- Capable of efficiently navigating proprietary systems (i.e. M3, Pivot Link, etc.)

Physical Demands
- Ability to work at a desk for the duration of the work day

Experience
- Entry level position.
- Interest in outdoor industry is a plus
Work Environment
- Strict deadlines may require overtime work with short notice
Travel Requirements
- Some travel may be required for annual trade shows, sales meetings, etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary : $51,000 - $64,500
