We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate leader to join our team at SKLD Bloomfield Hills. As a Social Services Director, you will oversee the development and implementation of comprehensive care plans that prioritize the emotional and social needs of our residents.
You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to assess and evaluate the social and economic aspects of resident care, identifying areas where support and intervention are needed. Your expertise in gerontology and leadership skills will guide our team in developing effective strategies for promoting continuity and coordination of care.
We require a degree in gerontology or a related field, one year of experience in senior care, and a valid driver's license for off-site visits. This is a full-time position with regular working hours, Monday through Friday.
