We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. As a Charge Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing superior customer service and nursing services to our residents.
Responsibilities:
- Assess resident conditions and develop Care Plans
- Accurately record resident observations and follow through on Care Plans
- Ensure facility medical records policies and procedures are adhered to
- Provide preventative, supportive, maintenance, and rehabilitative care
- Administer treatments, including wound care and IV therapy
Requirements:
- Current state license as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse
- CPR certification
- One year of professional nursing experience in long-term care (desired)
- Knowledge of applicable state nursing regulations and current federal laws
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to apply mathematical concepts to practical situations
- Basic computer knowledge
