Responsibilities:
- Play a critical role in providing excellent care and superior customer service to all residents on your unit
- Assist the nursing leadership team in planning, developing, and operating the facility
- Assess resident conditions and implement interventions to develop care plans
- Document observations and administer medications as necessary
- Provide preventative, supportive, maintenance, and rehabilitative care to meet the physiological and psychosocial needs of residents
