Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality technical support for SKM software programs across the world.
- Take part in planning, evaluation and issues resolution.
- Take ownership of technical issues and working with the Development group to resolve more advanced issues when necessary.
- Evaluate new features to determine feasibility and desirability of incorporating their capabilities within company products
- Documenting troubleshooting and problem resolution steps
- Help with customers in sales related queries.
Qualifications
After probationary period, candidates will transition into a salaried position.
