Our Inside Sales Team plays an important role in expanding SKNV’s footprint in the MedSpa, Plastic Surgery, Ophthalmology, and Dentistry markets. If you’re ambitious, driven, and eager to make an impact—this is your opportunity.
What You’ll Do
• Own your territory. Drive new business acquisition and cultivate relationships with MedSpas, Plastic Surgeons, Dentists, and Ophthalmologists.
• Be the expert. Educate clients on SKNV’s topical anesthetics and prescription medications, helping them integrate superior solutions into their services.
• Engage & grow your customer base. Provide ongoing support, introduce new solutions, and drive repeat purchases through proactive account management.
• Strategically plan & execute. Develop a high-impact sales strategy, leveraging CRM and reporting tools to track progress.
• Maximize market exposure. Represent SKNV at 2-3 key industry conferences targeting MedSpa decision-makers and laser technology companies.
• Collaborate with marketing. Provide insights that shape targeted campaigns and promotional initiatives.
• Manage partnerships. Oversee Contact Center Agency efforts to optimize outreach and customer engagement.

What You Bring to the Table
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2-5 years of successful inside sales experience—preferably in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, beauty, health & wellness, or aesthetics.
• Tech-savvy approach:

- Proficiency in CRMs, dialers, and ERPs.
-Strong Microsoft Excel skills for reporting and analysis.
-Experience managing call logs and lead tracking.
• Proven sales skills with a hunter mentality—you’re proactive, organized, and always closing.
