what you'll do:

"skin care trainer (sct)" is our fancy way of saying esthetician. you'll be giving clients amazing facials & recommending the best products for their skin, building those long-term relationships. whether you're a fresh grad or a seasoned pro, we'll give you all the training you need. we want amazing people who will give their energy to others and join our phoenix-paradise valley krew!

you're a perfect fit if:

• you're a licensed esthetician in arizona.
• you're obsessed with giving awesome facials.
• you're intuitive, empathetic, & love taking care of people.
• you know your way around gua sha & advanced facial massage.
• you see facials as part of a wellness routine, not just a treat.
• you know how to use good body mechanics to keep yourself & your clients comfy.
• you can chat with clients about their skincare & recommend products.
• you do thorough consultations & explain treatments.
• you time treatments perfectly for the best results.
• you're responsible, keep things confidential, & make sure clients are happy.
• you're a creative problem-solver.
• you follow shop protocols & build your client base.
• you're cool with posting skoah content on social media.

• you're legally able to work in the us.
• you have reliable transportation.
• you're available for a flexible schedule, including weekends, mornings, & evenings.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 25 per week
