The Weber Leisure Center has immediate openings for Customer Service Representatives! Shifts are available seven days per week between 5am - 9pm!

Responsible for providing excellent customer service to the patrons of the Weber Leisure Center. Assists patrons with program registrations, room reservations, pool and pooch park pass registration and inquiries regarding all Park District programs and facilities. Enters registrations into the District's RecTrac registration program. Answers the telephone and handles walk-up patron inquiries. Assists the Customer Service Supervisor with light office duties as requested. Performs other duties as assigned.
Must be a responsible adult, at least 18 years of age with a High School diploma or equivalent (GED). Must be an organized individual who is a self-starter with strong communication, customer service, computer and cash handling skills. Must have exceptional phone etiquette. Must have at least one year of work experience in a customer service position or a related position. Position requires basic computer skills; experience with RecTrac registration system is a plus but not required.
Salary : $15 - $17
