Warehouse Worker (Remodeling Company)

We're a high-end residential remodeling company with two large warehouses and are in search of a new warehouse employee.

• Benefits matter! The hourly value of our benefits package compared to being a "sub" is huge.
• Workers Comp: $4.03/hr.
• FICA and Medicare: $2.56/hr.
• State Unemployment: $0.49/hr.
• 401k employer contribution (up to 3%): $0.75/hr.
• Health Insurance (we pay 95% premium for 1 of 3 plans): $3.36/hr.
• Sick, Holidays, Vacation: $2.22/hr.
• Benefits and paid time off equate to an additional $13.41 above your hourly rate.
• Profit sharing at one year which has been about $375/month to $1,700/month for one to five year folks.

Experience, skills, and attributes we're in search of:

• Able to maintain a clean & organized warehouse; Experience with inventory processes
• Proficient in accurately picking & packing materials; Thoroughly inspect delivered materials for damage, etc
• Can safely and efficiently operate a forklift
• Familiar with safety protocols and appropriate PPE
• Capable of driving a 2500 truck and able to haul trailers, or capable of learning
• Thorough knowledge of construction materials
• Have a great attitude - We’re serious about this. Must bring positive energy, a team-player attitude, & great support to the team
• Are strong able-bodied - Able to lift 80 pounds
• Have a clean driving record for the past 3 years
• Collaborate and communicate with your team
• Ability to also work independently
• Dexterity, stamina, excellent balance for working at heights on ladders or scaffolding, overall ability to maintain performance and prevent injury
• Capable of solving problems that may arise; Exceptional observation of details
