As a Mental Health Associate, you will be responsible for assisting residents with daily activities, monitoring their progress, and providing crisis interventions when needed. Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and support to individuals with mental health disorders
- Assist residents with daily activities
- Monitor and document resident progress, behaviors, and vital signs
- Respond to crisis situations and provide appropriate interventions
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Supervise medication administration

Experience:
- Experience working with individuals with mental health disorders is preferred
- Familiarity with crisis management techniques
- Ability to provide compassionate care in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:
- High school diploma with 2 years of experience in a mental health field or Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Sunday through every other Wednesday 7a-7p or 7p-7a
- Every other Wednesday through every Thursday through Saturday 7a-7p or 7p-7a

Pay increases by $1 after your first 6 months depending on performance, and increase another $1 after a year depending on performance!
