Skorpios Technologies, Inc., is seeking experienced Equipment Maintenance Technicians with diverse skill sets to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside some of the most talented engineers and technicians in the industry. In this role, you will focus on the following:
- Perform troubleshooting, routine preventative maintenance, tool ownership, and participate in projects to improve equipment capabilities and efficiency
- Work across various process areas, including PVD, CVD, Etch, Photolithography, and CMP. While expertise in all areas is not required, a strong willingness to learn is essential
- Repair and maintain semiconductor processing equipment, ensuring optimal performance
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, robotic, and vacuum system issues
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to meet customer and production goals
- Conduct routine and emergency maintenance on advanced equipment

- Novellus: Inova, Vector, C2, C1
- SPTS: APM, Bosch Etch
- ASM: Eagle 12
- TEL: Unity, Telius
- Lam: Rainbow, 9600, 9200
- Experience with TEL, Lam, AMAT plasma etchers, or Novellus and AMAT CVD equipment is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of CMP toolsets and equipment is a strong advantage.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree in electronics technology or a related field with 3 years of experience troubleshooting and repairing sophisticated manufacturing, automation, or process-related electro-mechanical systems.
OR - High School Diploma/GED with 9 years of experience in the same areas
OR - Military technician experience, with Naval Submarine Technician experience preferred
Work Environment
Equipment Maintenance Technicians work 12-hour shifts in a wafer fab. Requires extensive walking and carrying of greater than 8 pounds frequently. This is a clean room environment, so must be able to tolerate full coverage gowning. Campus is a smoke free environment.
