We are looking for Process Integration Engineer Interns to join our Summer 2025 Internship Program. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in semiconductor process integration while working alongside industry experts. You will contribute to real-world projects, enhance your technical skills, and explore the future of photonics and semiconductor technology.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist in developing process integration plans and schedules.
- Support process engineering and operations teams in optimizing workflows.
- Work with key semiconductor process modules (etch, deposition, photolithography, CMP).
- Analyze metrology results and contribute to data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with engineers to identify technical improvements.
- Prepare reports and presentations to summarize findings.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Semiconductor Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of semiconductor process modules (etch, litho, deposition, CMP).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience or coursework in photonics, MEMS, or semiconductor integration.
- Knowledge of statistical process control (SPC) and lean manufacturing.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools (Python, JMP, Excel, or MATLAB).
