Core Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and create a welcoming environment
- Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately
- Maintain acceptable cash balancing record
- Generate new business and expand relationships with current customers
- Build customer loyalty by developing relationships and offering exceptional customer service
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns
- Maintain thorough knowledge of end-of-day activities
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and bank policy
Requirements:
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent GED required
- One year experience in retail banking, lending, sales, customer service, and/or cash handling experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Previous Teller and/or cash handling skills helpful
- Outgoing, assertive, confident, and enthusiastic personality
- Strong multi-tasking and communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- General office environment
- Physical surroundings are generally pleasant and comfortable
