Job Description

  • E-commerce experience a MUST
  • Enter data into spreadsheets and maintain accurate records
  • Process orders and enter them into our accounting system
  • Upload products to Channel Advisors
  • List products on website (Woo Commerce)
  • Review listing
  • Confirm pricing
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy through careful review and verification
  • Collaborate with team members to complete projects and meet deadlines
  • Assist with CRM

    • Requirements

  • Worked with E-commerce platforms
  • Previous experience in data entry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of listing products on website (Woo Commerce a PLUS)
  • Knowledge of Channel Advisors a PLUS
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Basic math skills for data analysis and calculations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
