As part of this exciting trajectory, we are expanding our Commercial team and seeking a dynamic Sr. Manager, Partnership Management, to lead key sponsor relationships and drive impactful campaigns.
Position Description
The Manager of Media Partner Promotions will play a critical role in overseeing and tracking media partner promotion of the NWSL, ensuring alignment with league objectives and maximizing visibility across platforms. Reporting to the Director of Media Partnerships, this position requires strong attention to detail, project management skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. The role will be essential in managing media partner activations, tracking promotional commitments, and ensuring seamless execution of league-wide media initiatives.
Main Responsibilities :
- Assist with managing NWSL media partners, including day-to-day operations and communication.
- Maintain weekly / monthly reporting documents.
- Track and analyze partner performance and promotion of the NWSL.
- Help provide data for reports and presentations as needed.
- Work closely with the marketing team to creatively ideate on campaigns geared toward meeting greater brand, viewership, and revenue goals.
- Work closely with the Director of Media Partnerships to cultivate and maintain relationships with all media partners.
- Work closely with Director of Media Partnerships on strategic planning for each partner.

NWSL observes a hybrid work schedule of three working days in the physical office and two remote working days. No relocation assistance will be provided.
NWSL salaries are contingent upon candidates' qualifications, functional business needs, and market financials.
Salary Range : 75,000 - $100,000.
