Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the nursing staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Implement nursing policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Collaborate with regional team, Administrator and other departments to provide comprehensive care to residents.
- Monitor and improve the quality of care provided.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively.
- Foster a positive and supportive work environment.
Qualifications:
- Current RN license in Oklahoma or a Compact State License.
- Associates degree or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 years in a leadership role preferred.
- Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations governing nursing homes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
