Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team in a vibrant nightlife setting. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting and serving a variety of beverages while providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Your ability to engage with customers and create memorable experiences will be key to your success in this role.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Prepare and serve beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) during office events, meetings, and lounge hours
- Take food and drink orders and deliver with top-notch customer service
- Assist with setup and cleanup for meetings, events, or casual gatherings
- Maintain a clean and organized bar, lounge, and dining area
- Create a welcoming atmosphere for clients, guests, and staff alike
- Restock bar and service areas, monitor inventory, and follow all safety regulations
What You Bring:
- Prior experience as a bartender or waitress required (event or lounge experience a plus)
- Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced setting
- Responsible alcohol service knowledge (must be 21 and hold/able to get relevant permits)
- Must be based in or able to commute to New Orleans, LA
