What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting with event planning, setup, and on-site coordination
- Ensuring smooth event operations, from logistics to guest experience
- Communicating with vendors, venues, and event partners
- Handling last-minute changes and problem-solving on the go
- Assisting with marketing, promotions, and guest engagement
- Managing event materials, equipment, and inventory
- Traveling to event locations across Louisiana and working in different venues

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
