What You’ll Be Doing:
- Welcoming guests and providing outstanding customer service from the moment they arrive
- Managing reservations and seating to ensure smooth operations
- Taking orders accurately and delivering food and beverages promptly
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the front-of-house areas
- Handling guest inquiries and resolving any issues with professionalism
- Assisting with payments and ensuring accurate transactions
- Supporting the wider team to create a seamless dining experience
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service (preferred but not essential)
- A friendly, professional, and positive attitude
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay cool under pressure
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
