We’re seeking a detail-oriented, dependable, and proactive HR Administrative Assistant to support our Human Resources department and contribute to the smooth operation of our office. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the HR department and office leadership
- Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining employee records
- Coordinate meetings, interviews, and trainings
- Maintain confidential HR documents and ensure compliance with policies
- Process employee requests and ensure proper documentation
- Handle general office duties such as ordering supplies, managing schedules, and filing
Requirements:
- Previous administrative or HR support experience preferred
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with HR software and systems is a plus
- Must be based in or willing to commute to New Orleans, LA
